AP EAMCET 2024 Results Awaited: JNTU Kakinada Wraps Up Exam
Kakinada: The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, has successfully concluded the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) for the year 2024. The examination, which covers both the agriculture and engineering streams, saw participation from a significant number of aspiring students.
The engineering stream exam took place from May 18 to May 23, while the agricultural stream exam was conducted from May 16 to May 17. Reportedly, approximately 2 lakh candidates applied for the engineering stream, whereas 1 lakh applied for the agriculture stream.
AP EAMCET is a crucial test for students seeking admission to various degree programs, including Engineering, Bio-Technology, BTech (Dairy Technology), BTech (Agr Engg), BTech (Food Science and Technology), BSc (Ag) / BSc (Hort) / BVSc and AH / BFSc / BSc (Nursing), and B Pharmacy, Pharm.
As per the examination guidelines, candidates must secure a minimum qualifying score of 25%, or 40 out of 160. The cutoff score for general category candidates stands at 45%, while for reserved category candidates, it is 40%.
