Mahindra has made waves with the introduction of a new Mocha Brown interior for its Thar Roxx SUV, providing a sophisticated alternative to the previously available Ivory option. This change comes after feedback on the white interior, and the Mocha Brown theme adds a touch of elegance with leatherette upholstery and metallic accents, making the cabin feel more premium. Available exclusively for the 4×4 variants from the MX5 trim upwards, the Mocha Brown interiors aim to attract style-conscious buyers.
Mahindra has also officially opened bookings for the much-anticipated 5-door Thar Roxx, after its successful debut on August 15, 2024. The SUV, available in both 4×2 and 4×4 configurations, is expected to start deliveries in January 2025. The token amount for booking is reportedly Rs 21,000.
The Thar Roxx has captured attention for its rugged design and powerful performance. Equipped with a 2.0-litre mStallion turbo petrol engine and a 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine, the SUV comes with manual and automatic transmission options. Prices for the Thar Roxx range between Rs 12.99 lakh to Rs 22.49 lakh (ex-showroom), offering a variety of trims to suit different preferences.
