Mumbai, September 26, 2024: Alia Bhatt’s much-anticipated action-thriller Jigra, directed by Vasan Bala, just unveiled its latest theatrical trailer, giving audiences a deeper look into the intense sibling-driven prison break narrative. The trailer, released on Thursday, showcases Alia in a power-packed performance as Satya, a determined sister who embarks on a daring mission to rescue her brother Ankur (played by Vedang Raina) from a foreign prison.
Jigra promises to be a blend of high-octane action and emotional depth, as Satya faces countless challenges to free Ankur, who is subjected to brutal custodial torture. The trailer offers glimpses of Satya’s rigorous training, and through flashbacks, highlights the bond the siblings share, having been orphaned at a young age.
